1. About payment: after both parties sign the contract and seal for confirmation, Party A shall pay 30% of the total contract amount to Party B as the advance payment, and Party B shall arrange the order production after receiving the advance payment; Party B shall take photos to Party A for confirmation after the production of all products is completed, or Party A shall inspect the goods on site, and arrange the balance payment after confirmation, and arrange the shipment after receiving the payment.
2. Delivery cycle: furniture has a certain production cycle, and different types of products will have great differences. Under normal circumstances, the production cycle of products is 10 ~ 12 days, which depends on your quantity and style. Here we remind you that the time spent in transportation is an uncertain factor, especially for less than carload goods delivery, you should leave enough time.
3. Product packaging: the normal packing of our factory is plastic bubble paper and cotton cloth, fragile articles (glass) plus wooden frame, long-distance transportation, depending on the product situation, put wooden frame to prevent damage.
4. Product transportation: our company can handle the transportation on behalf of you, and the cost needs to be borne by you (pay on arrival). The short distance transportation cost from our company to the freight station is borne by our company. When the goods arrive, you are generally required to pick up the goods at the local freight point. If you need to deliver goods to your door, the local freight point will charge a certain delivery fee. According to the distance, the time is not exactly the same, usually 3 to 7 days. In addition, as we can not control the logistics company, occasionally due to weather, road conditions and other factors caused by the delay of goods, also ask the buyer to give more understanding!
5. Product sign in: all our products are delivered after careful inspection. Please check the goods face to face when you pick up the goods. In order to protect your rights and interests, please check carefully before signing in. If you find that there is wrong quantity or wrong product model, please contact us in time. After the logistics company returns, we will re deliver the goods free of charge. Especially when the outer packing is worn or scratched, it must be unpacked for inspection. If there is any damage during transportation, please claim for the loss directly from the freight company.
6. Product installation: outdoor tables and chairs can be placed directly without installation. Some tables and chairs need simple assembly. If you have any questions about installation, please contact us at any time, and we will patiently answer them and help you to install them. The installation of garbage cans, fruit bins and park chairs is very simple. If there is a foundation, the expansion screws will be fixed directly on the foundation (our company will provide screws); Entertainment facilities we will be equipped with installation master door-to-door installation.
7. Product color difference: the product pictures are physical photos, but due to the influence of photography technology, light, display parameters and other factors, the color of the received object and the photo will be different, please take the real object as the standard.
8. Product size: due to different test methods, there will be some errors in the standard size of the product. Please refer to the actual product.
9. About after sales: the product is guaranteed for one year in case of non-human damage, During the warranty period, the products or accessories with quality problems caused by non-human factors and under normal use shall be repaired free of charge. If it is determined that the products can not be used again, Party B shall bear all the costs; during the warranty period, if the products are damaged due to other reasons but not due to product quality reasons, Party B shall charge for the maintenance according to its own discretion; for the maintenance after the warranty period, Party B shall charge at its discretion Party B shall be responsible for the repair of the damaged products caused by Party B's improper use or self disassembly and removal, and charge the maintenance fee as appropriate.
10. Price change: all the quotations of our company are valid for one month. The price change after 30 days will change with the change of market material price. Please understand.
